Each year, the APA of Philadelphia will induct 2 members to the Hall of Fame.  Please click on the following link to download & print out the nomination form. 

 

We will narrow the field down from this first vote to 4 nominees, then we will have another vote to determine the 2 inductees. Please provide 1 or 2 names with a reason you feel they should be inducted. The top 2 nominees will be inducted.

 

Criteria for each nominee:

Each player must be or have been a part of the APA in Philadelphia, demonstrates good sportsmanship, leadership and dedication to the APA.
